Delete Your Account

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your saviMon account and all associated data using either of the following methods:

Option 1: In the App

  1. Open the saviMon app on your device
  2. Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner to open your Profile
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Option 2: By Email

Send an email to with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include your username or email address associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days:

Tracked products and barcode scan history Deleted
Medical conditions and drug interactions Deleted
Prescription drug and supplement records Deleted
Weight logs and health activity data Deleted
Uploaded images (meal photos, profile picture) Deleted
Login history and authentication tokens Deleted
Notification preferences and reminders Deleted

This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Please export any data you wish to keep before requesting deletion.

Data Retention

Account deletion is processed using a CASCADE hard delete, meaning all associated records are permanently removed from our database. There is no soft-delete or retention period beyond the 30-day processing window.

Meal photos and other uploaded images stored in cloud storage (S3) are also permanently deleted as part of this process.

We do not retain any personally identifiable information after account deletion is complete.
