By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the saviMon mobile application ("the App") provided by TachyonHQ, LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TachyonHQ, LLC regarding your use of saviMon.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App on your personal mobile device for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms of Use.

saviMon is designed for informational and educational purposes only. The information provided by this App — including nutritional data, health warnings, drug interaction alerts, and supplement information — is NOT intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition, medication, supplement, or dietary change. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information provided by this App.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately. Do not rely on this App for emergency medical guidance.
While we strive to provide accurate information, saviMon makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any nutritional data, drug interaction warnings, or health information displayed. The absence of a warning does not mean no interaction or risk exists.
Allergen Data: Allergen information is sourced from product databases and restaurant data, which may be incomplete or inaccurate. Cross-contamination risks may not be reflected. Always verify allergen information directly with food manufacturers or restaurants, especially for severe allergies (anaphylaxis). The absence of an allergen alert does not guarantee a product is safe for you.
Adverse Event Data: FDA adverse event reports (FAERS/CAERS) displayed in saviMon are voluntarily reported and do not establish that a product caused the reported reaction. Report counts do not reflect incidence rates. This data is informational only and should not replace guidance from your healthcare provider.
Reminders: Medication and supplement reminders are delivered via local push notifications on your device. Reminder delivery depends on device settings, battery optimization, and operating system behavior. Do not rely solely on saviMon reminders for critical medication adherence. Always maintain a backup method for time-sensitive medications.
Weight Tracking: Weight data and trends displayed in saviMon are based on user-entered values and are for personal tracking purposes only. They do not constitute a medical assessment of healthy weight or body composition.
Glucose Tracking: Blood glucose data displayed in saviMon is synced from Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect, or entered manually. saviMon is not a medical device, is not FDA-cleared for glucose monitoring, and does not replace a blood glucose meter or continuous glucose monitor. Glucose trends, meal correlations, food impact rankings, and condition-aware alerts are for personal informational use only and should not be used for insulin dosing, medication adjustments, or clinical decisions. Always consult your physician or endocrinologist for diabetes management.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to saviMon, including meal photos, custom meals, and feedback submissions. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display it as necessary to provide the service.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes beyond providing the service, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
All content, features, and functionality of saviMon — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the overall design — are the property of TachyonHQ, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without our prior written consent.
Drug information displayed in saviMon is sourced from the FDA National Drug Code (NDC) directory and structured product labeling (SPL) data. Adverse event data is sourced from the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS) for drugs and the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition Adverse Event Reporting System (CAERS) for foods and supplements. TachyonHQ, LLC does not endorse any specific medication, supplement, or product. Drug interaction warnings are derived from FDA data and general medical references and may not cover all possible interactions.
Healthcare providers and pharmacists use their independent professional judgment when prescribing medications. Nothing in this App should be construed as a recommendation to start, stop, or change any medication.
saviMon integrates with third-party services (OpenAI, product databases, FDA openFDA API, Cloudflare) as described in our Privacy Policy. These services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings > Delete Account) or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use, without prior notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of nutritional data, drug interaction information, or AI-generated analysis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TachyonHQ, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, health outcomes, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TachyonHQ, LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the App, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) health decisions you make based on information from the App.
We may update or modify the App at any time, including adding or removing features. We may also require you to install updates to continue using the App. Updates become part of these Terms of Use upon installation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Larimer County, Colorado.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you within the App. Your continued use of saviMon after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
